The #MeToo Movement  has created activism around sexually assault and harassment virtually and the removal of men in high positions in the United States. In other parts of the world including Haiti the issue still exists. During this session we will discuss the complexities of sexual assault and harassment in the workplace, how to address it, how do we create tangible initiatives to address it.
